``Urga: Blimey you have not wasted anytime getting here! So how can I help you today? ``Yafo: Here is a tablet of authorization to take over Space Dock Office affairs. ``Urga: Blimey I was not expecting this. ``Yafo: It has been fully endorsed by the Oligarchy. ``Urga: How do you want to start? ``Yafo: As from today, we will start a new year-ending. Therefore do all the paperwork to make it happen and I will sign it. ``Urga: You will need two signatures? ``Yafo: Exec will do that. ``Urga: Fine. ``Yafo: You will audit the accounts independently and personally let me know if any fiddling has been going on. All I want to do is to stop it, but I am not out to create trouble. ``Urga: That makes a good start. ``Yafo: I need a new invoice system from today to your standards, so we start back at one. ``Urga: Blimey, you have learnt a lot from the Oligarchy. ``Yafo: Payroll! I think there are 11 of us on the system, but I ask you to work it out, but they all have to have new pay reference numbers. ``Urga: That is easily done. ``Yafo: Everyone is to have a ¢2 per 1 time pay raise, straight across the board. ``Urga: Is that it? ``Yafo: Oh I nearly forgot, I am changing over all the computers, and will be using Scotty’s type. ``Urga: That is a marvellous start. So will you get the Treasurer initially to come and see me? ``Yafo: Certus. ``Urga: Excellent [They shake hands] Zimo.

{Elders meeting, Customer Complaint ~ 4}
``Elder 3: We have had a complaint from a father who has a younger daughter and she was allowed to go on the Hopper tram on her own for the first time. However, the inspector happened to be doing his rounds and wrote out a ticket, because she had not paid. Over to Gera! ``Elder 1: Qualla? ``Elder 2: The rules are very simple! If any Being for whatever reason is independent enough to travel on transport on their own, they must pay the full fair. The only time they do not is, if they are under the age of 21, as long as they have a parent or guardian with them. ``Leila: Are you saying that you do not have half fares? ``Qualla: Qaa, we just have one rate, which I hear is different to your system, but the fares are very cheap in comparison. ``Elder 4: This is a tragic incident and unfortunately the inspector was fulfilling his duties. Therefore I suggest that this charge is waived on this occasion, but the regulations have to be obeyed in the future. ``Elder 3: All in favour? ``Unanimous Chair.

{Space Dock Office + Treasurer ~ 2}
``Yafo: As from now, I want to know when you are going to be in. Therefore you will have a magic board in your office and it must project a week ahead at all times. ``Treasurer: Zaa Yafo. ``Yafo: As from last night you will close all the books and payroll which you will pay to the staff to yesterdays stardate. You will then start a new ledger and a new system from today. ``Treasurer: That is a lot of work? ``Yafo: Fine, I will not push you, but I want to see progress being made. ``Treasurer: Okay. ``Yafo: You need to see Urga, at Trump and Co auditors, and they will teach you the new way of doing things. ``Treasurer: We will all need training! ``Yafo: Who is we? ``Treasurer: The others! ``Yafo: Qaa, only you. ``Treasurer: There is weeks of work here, to have to do. ``Yafo: Fine. All I need is a weekly report. Treasurer: [Gruff]

{Chamber of Joya E9, + Jarry + Jinn ~ 3}
``Joya: I can assure you two that there is a lot going on and changes are already being made. ``Jarry: What about the security issues at Space Dock? ``Joya: That is new. ``Jinn: The emergency exit does not work behind the waiting area. ``Joya: I will pass it on to Yafo. ``Jinn: Yafo? ``Joya: Zaa. He is now in charge of Space Dock! ``Jinn: Blimey that is more like it, now we may get some answers. ``Jarry: Jinn and I should be invited to an informal hearing, and I am surprised that this has not happened! ``Joya: Zaffre and I will pass on all your recommendations. ``Jinn: What about quoins, because the last time I used them, they were not clean. ``Joya: Okay I will add that to the list. Zimo. --- ``Jarry: At last something is being done.
