``Boffin: Quano Vanna and Tech. ``Tech: Zaffre for inviting me. ``Vanna: Zarfs for the Buggy. ``Boffin: Fill free to go anywhere you like, and take as long as you like and ask questions I do not know the answers to. ``Tech: I will return the compliment later. ``Vanna: The next one to get in, is Planet 147 at 314º. ``Boffin: I think we are out of range. ``Tech: What size dish do you have? ``Boffin: 2.5m. ``Vanna: That is the answer, because we are on a 5m dish. ``Boffin: This I must see. ``Tech: So get an application in now and we can all counter sign it. ``Vanna: There is a new type LNB which will help. ``Tech: Here is the data. ``Boffin: We have nothing like that here. ``Tech: I can order you one up as they are hand made in the Citadel and it is a quick fix. ``Vanna: They do work. ``Boffin: Okay, give me half time. --- The committee have a greed. ``Tech: I will place the order now via you Boffin, and you can bring it back home with you and have it fitted. ``Boffin: Marvellous. ``Vanna: We can try this out on our system, as I have not had time to consider it, although we have not yet run out of range. ``Boffin: Let us get over to the Observatory.

``Science: Welcome all. This is an honour. ``Vanna: Our Citadel has agreed to revamp our Lookout Post and to have a medium size telescope, which is on order. ``Science: That is good news. ``Vanna: I am having a camera linkup as well. ``Science: That is also good. ``Tech: That is brilliant. ``Vanna: You will have access in due course. ``Tech: Where are we going for lunch? ``Science: I know and it is on me.

{Depute Place ~ 5}
``Depute: Welcome all. ``Vanna: Quano Puella. ``Keeper: How are we going to transfer the funds to pay for all this and the Vulcan? ``Vanna: Zaffre for asking. I am willing still to chuck some things in for free, but Qintars have to physically exchange hands. Can we go and see your Bankers, as I thought they had resolved the necessary problems? ``Keeper: You and I can go and see them now. You others enjoy yourselves.

{Bankers HQ ~ 3}
``Banker: We have a Qintar link, but we have only just started producing the machines and changing our system over to accepted it, as an additional currency. ``Vanna: I am not in a rush for the money. Alternatively you can transfer the funds by direct draft. So I will wait until our return and see if in the meantime you can get things working. ``Depute: So you can do it? ``Banker: Zaa. ``Vanna: Give the hotel a new machine! ``Banker: Zaffre, I will do that now.

``Vanna: I put the Vulcan in as a suggestion, and I had no idea that it had been approved! ``Keeper: Ages ago. You also mentioned a run around? ``Vanna: Zaa and that, is ready. I can bring it over on our return. ``Keeper: Make it happen. ``Puella: Where are we going next? ``Vanna: P147. ``Puella: Chubby mentioned it. ``Vanna: We have to get these mods done first. I also have the Yellow Zone to come online. We will have to put you up in the Citadel Hotel, and go from there for either the blue or the yellow zone. ``Puella: Suits us fine. ``Vanna: It will take the pressure off of us. ``Puella: It is another world for us.

``Depute: That is two worlds! ``Vanna: There is one straight up form PQ, in the Dark zone, but it will take at least one and a half qefs to get there. ``Depute: Let us walk before we try and run. ``Vanna: Not now, but I request that the Observatory moves it telescope straight up. ``Science: Most interesting and a delight to help. ``Depute: Quin do. As the facility is way under used. ``Vanna: It is the only Observatory in the know worlds, so you ought to invite scientists to visit. ``Depute: I will get something arranged.
