``Chela: Hatches secured and 5 greens. ``Tetra: Course laid in for PQ. Warning light!
[Ping-Ping-Ping]
Um! We are out of fuel and will not power up. ``Vanna: We do have an emergency fuel supply for the 3rd engine only. If we can get that working, I can use the compressor to pump some more fuel over from the reserve tanks, what little we have left. --- Starting 3rd engine. ``Tetra: Zaa. --- We are now right out on the reserve tanks. Power up. ``Tetra: She is sluggish. Now she goes. ``Chela: That is a relief. ``Tetra: It is reading 5% ``Vanna: That will get us to PQ. We will stay at mille mach on velocity. ``Tetra: Agreed. ``Vanna: Unlocking orbit. Zoom. It is a good job, they transferred that special tank over otherwise we would be in trouble. ``Chela: We need an in-flight refueller. ``Vanna: They are hue costs, and difficult to look after. We could have brought V4 up, and pump some fuel in. ``Chela: Good thinking.
[Cosmo Mess]
``Vanna: I have transfer ¢1K each into your bank accounts, as I was well paid for doing the last run. ``Tetra: Zarfs. ``Chela: Zarfs. ``Vanna: I will do an encore, if all goes well. ``Tetra: It is well worth it for this money. ``Vanna: On our next visit, we will go back to Planet 24, but I am not ready yet. So we will have to come straight back home via PQ.
[Cosmo Bridge]
``Tetra: Control, have given us clearance for Moon 10 and 9. ``Vanna: They never mention 9, right until the last unit. ``Chela: Security? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Tetra: Mach 14. With 1% of fuel left. ``Vanna: We will have to float in. ``Tetra: Guess what! New data and over the top of Moon 10. ``Chela: There she is. ``Vanna: Thrusters only, dropping down [clink] Docked.

``Cargo: Welcome back. You did the last run very quickly and caught us on the hop. ``Vanna: Fuel is our problem and this is a big ship. ``Cargo: Biggest I have ever seen. ``Vanna: That means we need at least two tank loads to refill? ``Cargo: Okay I will order another tanker up. ``Vanna: To be honest, we are extra low, but we do need the maximum of two fuel tanks, as we are not going on to Planet 24. ``Cargo: I will get it all sorted, so wait in the recreation area, and have what you like. ``Tetra: I though there may have been a limit! ``Vanna: This cargo is toxic, so anything goes. --- ``Cargo: I have ordered you up a third tanker, as you still have some room left so it will be half time. ``Vanna: Zarfs. ``Tetra: That is a relief. ``Chela: What fun will we have this time? ``Tetra: Did you get the food in? ``Vanna: You asked for a change. Zaa. Leila, hopped over and got it. Our Captain is taking her and Colly over to Atlantic City for her test. ``Chela: That is good, and we have all been on the courses. --- ``Cargo: Okay you are cleared to go.
[Cosmo Bridge]
``Vanna: I have closed all the valves off. ``Chela: 5 greens. ``Tetra: Direct course laid in for Planet Escape 22. ``Vanna: Undocking and drifting out. ``Tetra: Swing shot under Moon 10. ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Tetra: Moon 8. ``Vanna: Mach 1.2 and zoom. ``Tetra: ETA 22 hours. ``Chela: That, is be much better. ``Vanna: We must keep an eye on the cargo. If anything happens, we are to dump it immediately. The space mites would have a banquet. ``Tetra: Is that why we got the job? ``Vanna: Off course. However we have the only ship capable of getting there and back in one piece. ``Chela: I will do all the checks, so we can get some sleep.
[Lights out]
``Chela: I will get the food on. ``Tetra: We could all do with a hot drink quin! ``Chela: Certus. ``Vanna: I will check the cargo. --- ``There is a funny smell down there, so I have lowered the pressure in the hold. ``Chela: I too will keep and I on it, and I suggest you call them up! ``Vanna: Agreed, after we have eaten. You had better put on the protective clothing they have supplied, as I should have done. ``Chela: The quicker we can get it there the better.
