``Tribe: Quano Friends. This is a very special occasion, as this is not only just being transmitted around our planet, but to two other planets, Planta and Cassiopeia. So can you all shout out hooray over there? [Hooray's] Now friends can we do better than that? [Hooray's] Marvellous. Vanna's talk this qef is on complacency and suggested by Advisor. So Vanna, when you are ready?

``Vanna: Quano everyone, and a very warm welcome to you all. Life is usually on our better side of nature, as we can relax and accept that initially we have a good life. However is that where complacency creeps in? Is this where we start letting our standards down, as we think we do not have to worry anymore? It does not have to be a worry, but a concern. We can live a long healthy life, and have the privilege to learn wisely. Or do we can get lazy or turn up late for work or not bother to do the chores, which is on the negative side of things, but what happens when we go into 'extreme self satisfaction'?

``Do we think that we have achieved everything we need to do in life? Oh! That can wait another hundred years, I do not need that now so why bother or we will never need it. What will Beings say in a hundred years time? Will they say the same thing, that it is a waste of time and it can wait another hundred years? Our flying Saucer technology is moving forwards, but visiting Femal a few qefs ago, they can get to us in the Citadel in 8 hours against our 24 hours, although we are closing the gap. So do we sit around and do nothing or do we get on and do something positive? …
