Alien Escapade • Episode 1064 - The Knock On: Albi, Beagle, Kirin, Maury, Riss, Scotty, Tetra, Vanna. ~ 08 [Cont:] It has never come up before, but considering we can do other things in the Vulcan, I cannot see why not. ``Vanna: Our Cosmo tank is 4 times the size of average size craft. ``Pilot: Zaa, but it would mean a space walk to connect the fuel nozzle. ``Vanna: In that case, I will mail Lacerta, and ask. I will also thank him for the advance features we have found in Ziggy. ``Pilot: We will need the special instructions with the long flexible fuel line. It would be a wonderful option to have, because craft do occasionally run out of propellant. ``Vanna: Okay, I have compiled that all in a mail and it has gone. Sent. {Hobbs City Hotel ~2} ``Maury: I heard about the bomb scare. ``Vanna: We have to expand the Apron so it was on my normal procedures to check for foreign objects. ``Maury: Apparently it was a good job you did. ``Vanna: The bomb was hundreds of years old, and was unstable and could have gone off at anytime. However, I have the team here and I hope we can finish off everything today, to cover initial completion on my contract. ``Maury: That should be in order. I will get the rest of your bill paid and we will have further committee meetings to discus future considerations. ``Vanna: I suggest you call the Inspector in, for a fresh appraisal owing to refurbishments. ``Maury: I will do that tomorrow and let us hope he does not find anything else. ``Vanna: I too hope I have not missed anything, but I will sort it out. ``Maury: We did put our rates up and we so far only had one complaint, but they can see the improvements. ``Vanna: I will go and help the team to get finished, and your spares are in the computer room. ``Maury: Zarfs. --- ``Vanna: Well folks, the third floor is okay. So I will help you to get finished. ``Tetra: Zola is right you are a slave driver! [Later] ``Vanna: Let us all get out of here now, via the backdoor, and we will wait for them to shout, but all areas are working. ``Scotty: That is the best thing you have said. ``Albi: I too am quinned this job has finished. {Fleet Air Base ~ 2} - [On Visual] - [Algol] ``Beagle: Fleet are back in the air. ``Vanna: Good, because Eagle 4 is bringing over our Robot. ``Beagle: Maintenance is still repairing the runways. The cameras are secured on the roof at Fleet Works Factory. So what is next on the agenda? ``Vanna: We have not decided! However about the generator? ``Beagle: I will go and find it, and check it out. ``Vanna: Take the Camera. ``Beagle: Certus. ``Vanna: I need it on file. ``Beagle: There is a thick layer of dust on the generator and it is not from the fallout. I will try and start her up, but she is struggling to turn over --- Bingo. I must leave the door open, as the smell is awful. This generator has not been used for a long time. ``Vanna: Replace the lot, but again get a Mod approved generator, because the specs will again be updated shortly. ``Beagle: I will start off at ¢50K. ``Vanna: If the Inspector saw that, he would condemn it immediately. ``Beagle: I will go and find Fleet. ``Vanna: Are Cables still there? ``Beagle: Zaa, because they too were stuck here. ``Vanna: Get them to lay a new main in, before they come home. ``Beagle: Leave it with me. Zimo. {Riss's Place ~ 2} - [Knock, knock] ``Riss: Kirin, this is the last time I am letting you in the door, without an appointment. ``Kirin: What have I done now to upset you? ``Riss: Nothing, but things have changed and I have moved on. ``Kirin: I only wanted to know how you got on in Draco. ``Riss: Another time, as I am too busy to stop at the moment and it is a long story ``Kirin: I am going down the Ale Bar. Zimo. ``Riss: [Shuts door] I have done my best for you Kirin, but I can do no more. Zimo Kirin.
