Dalbir, Gina, Master, Nina, Selina, Tetra, Vanna ~ 09 [Cont:] ``Vanna: We are due to go to Earth and drop Malcolm off, which is overdue. ``Master: Two qefs and we will go, but I must have my rest period. ``Vanna: Agreed, and that is all I needed to know, so I can get things arranged. ``Master: You should have said. ``Vanna: That is what I have been trying to say for ages! All I need is a confirmation. So two qefs including this qef? ``Master: Zaa. ``Vanna: It is also Leila's Birthday in two qefs, so I can amalgamate things into one. I will go and see Captain, when we get back. ``Selina: Neither have I deserted you, as I have been with Auntie most of the time. ``Vanna: Beagle stayed the night once we had got rid of Fleet. ``Selina: Fleet expects everyone else to do the work for him. ``Vanna: That makes sense, but he turned up at the Hotel, just before I was going to leave with Beagle. ``Selina: That is unusual to what Auntie tells me about him. ``Vanna: He now knows he has to spend at least a million. ``Selina: That is mega big. ``Vanna: Half of all the work can be done in house, via Beagle who got a pay rise. So I have charged him a consultancy for two qefs. ``Selina: So he is frightened of the consequences? ``Vanna: Zaa. Nothing has been done for years, and he could be closed down once the inspectors wake up. ``Selina: I think Tetra will sit this one out. ``Vanna: It would be better, and I have cables and Scotty who can cope for the time being. ``Nina: [Cry] ``Selina: Feeding time for Nina. So you have months of work to do. ``Vanna: How are the painters getting on? ``Selina: They have finished the back, and are working on the sides. The ditch as been dug and now they are redirecting it to our internal stream, so it should be finished by the time I get home. In fact, I was thinking could I make our stream deeper? ``Vanna: I would say zaa, anyway, we will talk to father, and I like the idea. [Cosmos Bridge] ``Tetra: We are slowing down so we are coming into orbit. How did you manage to get approval to go alone to Lacerta? ``Vanna: There is an option for private use only, but it is very limited. Therefore Master and I went to the SAA and requested special permission. ``Captain: Crikey. ``Vanna: My licence now says all orbiting craft. ``Captain: That is amazing. ``Vanna: It cost me a ¢1K to get it. ``Captain: How long did it take you to get there? ``Vanna: Captain to Captain? ``Captain: Zaa. ``Vanna: 1 qef. ``Captain: Is that all? ``Vanna: Officially we can only do Mach 22. ``Captain: Zaa. I will buy you lunch. ``Vanna: Zarfs. ``Captain: I am amazed they approved it. ``Vanna: We have been to more worlds then they have conceivable thought of, and that alone crunched it. I also had to go before the committee. ``Captain: Sure, of course. ``Vanna: We should get the job soon to rewrite their exam papers, so I will be calling on your help as well. ``Captain: Zaa and Certus.
