Alien Escapade • Episode 0968 - The Interruptions: Boss, Gov, Scotty. Selina, Skipper, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 07 {Vanna's Trullo ~ 2} - [Knock, knock] ``Vanna: Quiff Skipper and zaffre for coming over. ``Skipper, I would rather do it this way as it stops the crew gossiping. ``Vanna: I know, and it is Kirin in particular. Can I get you a drink? ``Skipper: Qaa zarfs, I am fine. ``Vanna: We have a local assignment for you! ``Skipper: Go on! ``Vanna: We have 160 computers to take over to Hobbs City in the Vulcan, and we need you to pilot, and get the clearances for landing. The Hotel will arrange transport to clear the goods. You can lift off and come back home. ``Skipper: Certus. ``Vanna: We have a month's work and we need a shuttle service say 1 qef on and 1 qef off. Cables will stay over, so I need you to pilot the Vulcan quin. ``Skipper: I can do this after the morning run and bring them back the following qef late afternoon, before I start the evening run. ``Vanna: That is what we were hoping you would say. ``Skipper: How soon? ``Vanna: A pair of weeks. My main concern is being on the ground for an ora, 1 hour or more, and I will get charged for that, and they have little room left for local traffic? ``Skipper: I will go and find out. So where are you going next? ``Vanna: Algol, and Draco for the second trip. We are planning a bigger adventure to Polaris Star. ``Skipper: You do not do things easily! ``Vanna: I have another Vulcan being rebuilt, and we have one waiting to come over from Cepheus. ``Skipper: So you have two more to sell? ``Vanna: Zaa, but that will keep us going for a long while. ``Skipper: Zimo. ``Vanna: A mail from Master, we can go to Algol in the morning. Wonderful. I will reply. Confirmed. Regards Vanna. Sent. Who is most likely to be active? I will try Mum. [Pang-Ping-Pang] - [On Visual] ``Selina: I was cooking! ``Vanna: Sorry, but we are off to Algol in the morning and did you hear back from Auntie? ``Selina: The passes will be ready for when we land, so we can get through customs. ``Vanna: Mail everyone, and I will contact Cables and Network 10, and I will advise Scotty. ``Selina: Give me 30 units to finish cooking, and get cleaned up. ``Vanna: Zaa and Zimo. I think I will try Tetra, as she can receive [Pang, Pang, Ping] - [On Visual] on her laptop. Engaged. Oh well, she will get the message and when she is ready, she will respond. It seems stupid, that they all leave me to do everything at the last unit, before Beings start responding. I have sent the other mails off, so I will go and prepare myself a drink. [Ping-Pong-Ping] - [On Visual] ``Tetra: What is up? ``Vanna: Algol in the morning. ``Tetra: Oh heck! We were not supposed to be going for a couple more qefs! ``Vanna: Master is in charge. Is Albi coming? ``Tetra: Hang on! --- Zaa. ``Vanna: We need you here early so we can wind in the cable. ``Tetra: I will miss skool tomorrow. ``Vanna: That's life. ``Tetra: I had better get going and is there anything else I need? ``Vanna: Not that I am aware off. [Ping-Pong-Ping] - [Network 10] - [On Visual] ``Bois: Is Scotty coming, as there is a lot to load up? ``Vanna: Zaa. I will get him over early. We may have to take Missy as well, as it may not all fit in one load. We will go as soon as everything is loaded up. [Ping-Prang-Pang] - [On Visual] ``Scotty: So what is happening now? ``Vanna: Algol in the morning and you are needed at Airbase early to help load up. ``Scotty: Oh heck. Zimo. ``Vanna: I will mail Tetra, to tell her to come over in Missy, otherwise we could take the Snake, which may be a better option, but why do I have think for everyone else? --- Sent. It is a pity that my team will not work as a team, and I can see why our Captain moans so much. [Ping-Prang-Pang] - [On Visual] ``Gov: What about the cable? ``Vanna: Bring both over and I will decide what to do tomorrow, as it depends on what ship we end up taking. No doubt they will leave the final say to me. ``Gov: You have a big roll in your store room, so I will bring some smaller ones over. ``Vanna: Fine. ``Gov: Who is paying for the Hotel? ``Vanna: Your contract is direct with Network 10, so they are. I will sort out my bill for transportation with them direct at a later time. ``Gov: Okay they will be there by 9th time.
