``Captain: Folks, there were so many who wanted to come on this trip, we have laid on the Vulcan. Therefore Hoppers will have landed over the other side. The rest of you we have laid on a Hopper-chopper to jump us over. There is a half time talk, and it is not recommended to stay outside for more than 20 units. My zarfs to Dàshî for suggesting it, and to Tetra for arranging it, and to Vanna for funding this trip.

Mach 4. ``Skipper: Aye, aye Captain. ``Tetra: The wind is south westerly, so we should go with the wind when we get there to keep the ash dust away from us. Alt is to be 8,000m and we will hover for further instructions. SCANDA is active. ``Captain: I can see it. There is a little ash cloud foaming from it. ``Tetra: Mach zero. New landing plans are on your data screens. ``Skipper: It is quite a small area to land with huge drops on most sides, but it is an impressive sight to see. ``Captain There is an 'H' Ah! But hang on they are moving it. ``Tetra: Hover. --- Okay we are cleared to land. ``Skipper: Dropping down, down.

``Host: Zenden, and welcome to Laertes. I am your host, and I will try an answer all questions. We have very sensitive monitoring equipment of all forms, so please do not go near them. They are clearly marked up with large orange tags. Laertes erupted 7 moths ago, and I do remember that everyone was panicking including yourselves as you were deadly concerned for your Saucers which were in the open. ``Captain: At least it got some covers built in double quick time. ``Host: Fortunately there was just one major burst of ash cloud and our winds helped to suck it upwards to 4Km. This is the first time that Laertes had erupted in over twenty years, although I was not here then, but this last eruption took us all by surprise. ``Tetra: How stable has things been since 7 moths ago? ``Host: Surprisingly very stable, although it is still spilling out hot molten larva and ash cloud into our atmosphere spasmodically at any time. There are light regular tremors usually at intervals of every two moths, and we can feel the ground vibrate. Therefore, she could start up again at any time. ``Tetra: What was the warning factor? ``Host: A 10% increase in readings.

Is it on NOTUS? ``Captain: Kirin? ``Kirin: Zaa Captain. ``Captain: Have you updated NOTUS? ``Kirin: Qaa Captain. ``Captain: Well get it done. ``Kirin: Zaa Captain.
