(Atlantic City Court ~ 7}
``Clerk: Cosmo1 Vs the Courts, 3rd hearing of 3, you Honour. ``Advocate: I represent Dr Kali, Master and Vanna who is the new legal owner of Cosmo1. ``Solicitor: I represent the Agents. ``Judge: This is an amazing case that initially caught us on the hop and would not have come to light, if someone else had bought Cosmo1, and would have been in another world. However whether we like it or not you have been put into a disposition and this case is in the public interest. We have done nothing actually wrong, but we have not followed the correct procedures, therefore I have to agree with your submission, that we should have commissioned a salvage operation and retrieved Cosmo1, so we could sell her on, in good faith. This did not happen and we have also made recommendations for procedures, to be more transparent in future.

My two colleagues have agree on the following, and our conclusion is as follows:-
1} We have decided that the court, has done nothing criminal and acted in good-will.
2} We acted in good faith, although we were tricked, but that was an oversight on our part. 3} All our paperwork was correct, and you have received Cosmo1in a satisfactory condition.
4} We should have realized that after 6 moths in orbit without attention, it could have been disastrous.
5} Therefore we are seriously at fault on most accounts.
6} I have ordered a criminal investigation into how the murderers managed to be so skilled in their jobs.
7} Our Ranger force, will work with your Ranger force, and an expenses fund has been approved.

I now make judgements in your favour:
1) All Solicitor's costs granted and ¢50,000 to the Agents, for their honesty, and quick thinking.
2} All Dr Kali costs granted, and your professional time, of 50 hours, at ¢120, per hour.
3} I grant Vanna, ¢100,000 for all the trouble she has encountered.
4} I grant another ¢100,000 for selling a Saucer, not in the proper condition, as stated.
5} I grant compensation from the courts, as we were in neglect of, ¢250,000. --- Zimo.

``Vanna: Zaffre Advocate and zimo. Master, shall we go and find that little Restaurant again, but this time we will take our Captain and Dalbir. ``Master: Zaa. --- ``Captain: I am quinned for you, and you deserved it. ``Vanna: Dalbir, It may seem a lot, but my overheads are very high, although it will make a nice difference. ``Dalbir: I can see where you are coming from, and will keep quiet. `Dr Kali: I too have done very well out of it. ``Master: Take our fuel bill, and we are not being paid, and you are on Captain's payroll. ``Dalbir: So you do this voluntarily? ``Master: Zaa. We just get the perks, and get to do what no one else can.

{Kirin's Place ~ 2}
``Kirin: Could Vanna at this rate become one of the 10 riches Cats in the Citadel? ``Riss: This payout will mean that she will not have to pay any taxes. ``Kirin: Typical. So what is going to happen now? ``Riss: All I know is a trip to Cepheus, and to be fair she has overheads and the Bank to pay back, so she is unlikely to have much left over if any. ``Kirin: I have not seen inside Cosmo. ``Riss: Nor have I. ``Kirin: We did all the docking manoeuvres for her, but then we are ignored. ``Riss: I do not think she has had time to stop.

(Sarka's Place ~ 2}
``Gera: The rumours certainly get around quickly! ``Sarka: You mean about Vanna? ``Gera: Zaa, she has received a compensation, from the courts to 6 digits. ``Sarka: Blimey, that is a huge payout, but it is unlikely to pay off all of her creditors, and how she managed to get so much investment, I will never know. ``Gera: As long as it does not start another scandal. ``Sarka: It is on record, so that is the best I can do.
