``Dr Poult: Selina & Okapi, what is it like having two flyers in a family atmosphere? ``Selina: Hectic, and I have been making changes to the rules and the Fundus, to make things stricter. ``Dr Poult: Why? ``Selina: Discipline and I need to know whether they are in or out. ``Okapi: My wife is like a slave at times, as they come in and demand dinner. ``Dr Poult: Are there any other problems? ``Okapi: Qaa. ``Selina: Not to my knowledge. ``Dr Poult: So what is it, which makes them want to do extensive flying? ``Okapi: We do not know, and I have questioned it. ``Selina: I have trouble keeping up with them and what is happening, so they are now going to leave me notes on the notice board. ``Dr Poult: Are you happy with them doing so much flying? ``Selina: I have just come back from a 5 qef trip to Algol, so I am now as bad as they are. ``Okapi: I did miss my wife, as she was away for so long. ``Dr Poult: Was it a success? ``Selina: Initially, zaa. ``Dr Poult: Can you see any other way for improvements? ``Selina: Vanna and I, have agreed to wait for your report, before considering more changes. ``Dr Poult: Zaffre for coming in. Zimo.

(Chief’s Outpost ~ 2} – [Hobbs City]
``Chief: I have summoned you here in private, because neither of us is totally clean. ``Sheriff: I did not do anything criminal, but I did take a bribe and let someone else off in the past, because I needed the Qintars to survive. ``Chief: I knew my Brother was up to mischief, but I did not report him. Neither was I involved. ``Sheriff: So what do we do? ``Chief: We must both make an independent decoration to the Court on oath, to what we have just said. ``Sheriff: Agreed, but how? ``Chief: Do it now by making signed statements with two of my trusted Agents, and we all take it over to the Courts immediately, and have it lodged and verified. ``Sheriff: Okay, let us get on with it.

``Dr Poult: Leno, is it a struggle keeping up with Tetra? ``Leno: Qaa, the problem is that I am a practical Being and Tetra is an academic Being. ``Dr Poult: But you do appear to be getting the craze for flying. ``Leno: I have been helping Tetra out with flying time. My parents have agreed that I should make the most of it, for the experience. ``Dr Poult: You did go to Algol? ``Leno. Zaa, and I have learnt a lot. ``Dr Poult: So what is your profession? ``Leno: I am a boat builder. ``Dr Poult: How do you cope, when there may be a clash of personalities? ``Leno: We go our separate ways, and meet up later. ``Dr Poult: Zaffre for coming in.

{Vanna's Trullo ~ 2}
``Vanna: We need nicknames for these two new boxes. ``Scotty: Pinky and Perky. The normal one is Pinky, and your private one, which is a perk, is Perky. ``Vanna: That does remind me of Earth, but I approve. So can you get them working, now? ``Scotty: Give me half time. ``Vanna: I will prepare us some lunch.

``Scotty: Your new camera at Shuttle close is working fine. ``Vanna: Excellent. This is good as I can rotate it around and I can see my whole plot. ``Scotty: Unless it is dark or thick fog. ``Vanna: Put a remote spotlight up! You should have thought of that! ``Scotty: You win, I will get one fitted. ``Vanna: Up the tower, looking down. ``Scotty: Okay. ``Vanna: Lunch is ready. --- Can we get the test card from the Uplink Centre? ``Scotty: I will try. ``Vanna: Tetra will be here after skool. ``Scotty: Give me another half time. ``Tetra: Zibo all. ``Vanna: You are early! ``Tetra: They cancelled the netball match. ``Vanna: Help Scotty getting the Test Card up, quin. ``Certus. --- Bingo. Take a look. ``Vanna: Excellent. ``Tetra: We cannot get the other cable working, so it will be back to ATC Hut for testing tomorrow. ``Vanna: Fine, so can I see you again after skool, quin? ``Tetra: Certus. ``Scotty: I will take a look on my way home, and I will be back tomorrow morning. Tetra, Zola would like your help, setting up her new computer. ``Tetra: I will pop over there later.
