I presume you will be speaking on behalf of Cassiopeia? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Advocate: You are aware of the procedures? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Advocate: How are you going to convince the 9 that you are worthy of this trust? ``Vanna: A little working speech. ``Advocate: Okay, that sounds good. -|- ``Clerk: Ready? ``Advocate: Zaa. ``Clerk: Supreme, case number Z01A application for authorization. ``Supreme: Permit. ``Advocate: Supreme, Vanna is here again, but this time in her real Cassiopeian body and she continues to represent Cassiopeia. Qualla is here too, now as Elder 2 of the Oligarchy, with Tetra and Scotty who will be in full control of this application. My case rests. ``Supreme: Wait. If anything did happen to me, although I feel that has now happened to me, then Tetra, would take over. We also have visitations within China, back on Earth to help them move forward in the right direction. Therefore I need data control to connect up our Satellite systems, and I now understand it will be via the ‘The controller’. Vanna has seen the devastation on Earth, so she has the experience of it, to be in control. ``Supreme: Wait. We will break for consideration. ``Clerk: In the waiting room please. ``Advocate: You realize they have never ever had to consider such an application? ``Vanna: It was the wars, when they were knocked out, and they have done nothing about it. ``Clerk: We can go back in. ``Supreme: Continue. ``Advocate: Supreme. When we had the wars and some of our satellites were destroyed, you have never considered a backup system in case of an emergency. Therefore I recommend that we do need some form of external support, which cannot be tracked.
