``Elder 3: This meeting is to discuss the merits of this potential fraud and is why the Treasurer, has been summoned before this committee Hearing. Chair? ``Elder 1: Treasurer, we will decide today on an outcome to this inexplicable problem of this ¢105 per week going out of Space Dock accounts unnoticed. Have you anything to say, before we proceed? ``Treasurer: I did not know! ``Elder 3: In that case we will call you to the stand for questioning.

``Elder 4: How on earth could you not have seen this?
``Treasurer: The Deputy was in charge, we just did what we were told to do.
``Elder 2: This had been going on for at least two years, but you never smelt a rat?
``Treasurer: Qaa. All the wages were bunched together in one file.
``Sheriff: But it is your job to know!
``Treasurer: I cannot deny that, but I was not privy to the detailed information and I only work part time. ``Urga: Why did you not do a cross-check on the figures?
``Treasurer: I was told to get on and list it out, and that is all.
``Sheriff: So who told you do this?
``Treasurer: Deputy, of course.
``Elder 1: Will you quin wait outside?
``Treasurer: Certus.
``Elder 4: What do we do? ``Sheriff: Let him off with a severe reprimand and warn him that we could have sacked him on the spot. ``Urga: He appears to be willing to change and do things differently. ``Elder 2: Approved. ``Elder 1: Call him back in quin. --- Please take the stand. ``Treasurer: Certus.
``Elder 1: We have come to a decision that you are in gross misconduct of your duties as a treasurer and this is a sackable offence on the spot. However taking in consideration of the past, we will let you off with a severe reprimand. If there are any other discrepancies, it is instant dismissal. ``Treasurer: Zaffre.

{Zola’s Place + Vanna ~ 2}
``Zola: Come and take a look at the clearing. ``Vanna: That is better. ``Zola: It was not cheap and it took them all qef to do. ``Vanna: I am not surprised as it took them that to do mine. Your next job is to dig a ditch or trench around the edges, for land drainage, otherwise everything else will get sprayed. ``Zola: Is it good enough to do a test landing? ``Vanna: All in good time. ``Zola: Let us go back inside. ``Vanna: Are you going for private use, or what? ``Zola: I am not as well off as you are, but I am thinking of going the whole hog. ``Vanna: The license fee and maintenance and insurance is ¢1,000 per year. ``Zola: I agree it is not cheap, but my ego wants it. ``Vanna: It is unlikely that it will get used much unless we had another Space Dock Sortie. ``Zola: Are we getting paid? ``Vanna: Oh zaa, so save your money and stay private, and I will have an endorsement put on my policy. ``Zola: Any news on the trip? ``Vanna: Tetra will inform me, of anything happening. ``Zola: You mean she can track the their progress? ``Vanna: Zaa. Anyway, while the Bears are away, the Cats will play. Zola: It does seem peaceful. ``Vanna: Shush. Not a word.

``Zola: Are you confident enough to find this hotel with the Spa and massage parlour? ``Vanna: You have got the bug. ``Zola: I fancy disappearing, so can we not go now? ``Vanna: You win, see if we can book at short notice. ``Zola: Checking now, --- Bingo, now let see if the helipad is open. --- Zaa, it is. Do I? ``Vanna: Go on then, do it. ``Zola: Booked for tonight. ``Vanna: I will meet you at my place. ``Zola: Confirmed. Oh will they be willing to do you, as you are a real alien to them? ``Vanna: We will shortly find out, if not you can do it. ``Zola: I think we had better asked the Manager when we get there. ``Vanna: Some may and others not. ``Zola: Just essentials? ``Vanna: Certus, unless you have anything else in mind.

Vanna: Shush.
