``Scotty: Some news for you! ``Peggy: Oh? ``Scotty: Vanna is now known only as Vanna, and she will refer to me now as only Scotty. ``Peggy: About time too, that is a good move. ``Scotty: This is amazing, but we had a right bust up in the meeting! ``Peggy: I am not surprised and I am pleased. ``Scotty: So you do agree to it as well? ``Peggy: Of course. ``Scotty: I am going down to the fishing club, as it will take me a while to get used to it! ``Peggy: You poor grumpy old thing!

At last some light at the end of the tunnel! Maybe, because there was an additional court order ruling raised against Classic Bank, that they have to disclose all information around the universe on the Oligarchy bank accounts! Will they want to obey? Who will be for the high jump now? The plot thickens and they continue to refuse to comment. What will the Intergalactic Banking Association have to say to this, despite their ongoing alleged investigation and the alleged discrepancies? What will happen next? Editor.

{Elders General Meeting + Team}
``Elder 3: The Chair has requested the team to be here, for the Boat Builders application to extend the canal into Space Dock. Over to Qualla. ``Qualla: I have been out and walked the foot path through the glen and it is possible to be done. The shortest route is 2 Km. One new aqueduct bridge will have to be built over the ring-way, but to the right of the link way, so it could come into the far right of the Restaurant.
``Elder 2: Has Kara got any interest in this matter?
``Elder 3: I am not aware that she knows about this application, and even if she does, she is keeping quiet.
``Leila: Taking the shortest route usually ends up creating far more problems! Therefore a 2.5 Km route is far better and would be cost effective as it is an easier terrain.
``Zola: I too have walked some of it, and it is too complicated coming up on the east side. Therefore the west side would be far better, although it is 3 Km in length.
``Vanna: As Leila and Zola have said, the shortest route is not the usually the best, so it will have to be the longer route on the west side.
``Scotty: I can see Space Dock from a distance, and there is more room on the west side.
``Elder 3: The west route will not work out any more expensive, because the canal arm can cut straight through northerly.
``Elder 1: Is there anyone who is against the idea? [- Qa -] Excellent. Over to Elder 3.
``Elder 3: In that case, can we have a vote to accept this application and for the Boat Builders to submit plans for the west route? --- All in favour? --- Unanimous. Over to Chair.

``Elder 1: Qualla, can you take a hike though the proposed west route and hire what you need to cut a way though the overgrowth as it is bound to be wild. ``Qualla: Agreed.
``Elder 5: Who is actually going to fund this? ``Elder 4: Good point! It is not going to be cheap, so any suggestions? ``Elder 2: Some Beings wanted an extra ring-way built, which has funding! Therefore let’s cancel that project and spend it on the canal.
``Elder 3: I agree, we do not need it, and this will allow Beings to walk the whole route by tow path.
``Elder 7: This was before my time, but I agree we do not need this new widened way.
``Elder 6: I too suggest that we put this ‘way project’ on hold. Let’s get this canal arm extension built.
``Elder 3: In that case Chair, we will need an application to suspend the ‘way project’
``Elder 1: I will need a proposer and a seconder. ``Elder 2: Proposed. ``Elder 6: Seconded.
``Elder 3: All in favour? --- Unanimous, Chair. ``Elder 1: This is a turn up for the books, but I am very pleased with the outcome. Elder 5 and 6, please get things started and Elder 4 the old project is now cancelled, as it is no longer required. ``Elder 4: I will start things moving with the existing team who are dredging out and repairing the canal.

Peggy: About time to.
